Yes, although predominantly we sell to other businesses.

Can I pick items up from your Melbourne Showroom?

Yes, although we prefer sending furniture directly to our customers. Please contact us on 0402 509 659 to find pick up times available.

Quality

Is your furniture commercial grade?

Yes, all of our furniture is commercial grade and much of it is AFRDI approved.

What is your warranty policy?

Our products are all sourced based on quality and value for money. All of our products are supported by a manufacturer’s warranty, although the length of warranty varies from one manufacturer to another. You can find out more in our ‘Policies’ section.

What does it mean when a product states ‘AFRDI’ tested?

Products that have been certified by the AFRDI (Australian Furnishing Research and Development Institute) have passed a number of rigorous tests signifying that they suitable for use with heavy traffic.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Do your products require assembly?

Many of our products are flat packed for easier storage and delivery and do indeed require some assembly. However there are assembly videos included alongside those products on our website, and our customer service team are more than happy to answer any of your questions re assembly.

Are table tops supplied with pre-drilled holes?

In order that our table tops can be used with any table base, there are no holes pre-drilled

Are all your table bases supplied with screws?

All our bases come with screws, but the customer will be required to purchase screws for any of Flat Technology bases.

How do I assemble my tables?

First you need to assemble the table base following the video tutorial that is embedded on the relevant product page on our website. Then, using the video tutorial here, attach your table top to your table base.

How do I know what size of bar stool to purchase?

You need to choose your stool size according to the height of your table, bench, or counter, so be sure to measure it before making your purchase. Generally speaking you should purchase a 66cm stool if your table is less than 90-100cm high and if it’s more than 100cm, then a 76cm stool is what you need.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Whereabouts do you ship to?

We ship to anywhere within Australia but do not ship internationally.

How much does shipping cost?

We work with a variety of freight carriers to get the best possible quote for you. Freight costs will be dependent on the size of your order as well as your location. Please enquire within for an accurate quote.

How long will I have to wait for my order to be delivered?

Shipping times vary depending on where you are located and we can give you a more exact answer if you contact us. Alternatively, you can pick up your order from our Melbourne showroom yourself.

What should I do when the delivery is received?

Carefully inspect your order for signs of damage or missing goods. Any damages MUST be noted on the Bill of Lading or a claim may be rejected.

What is your returns policy?

If your item is faulty or damaged in transit then we’ll be more than happy to refund the price you paid for the item, less any freight charge incurred by us. If you prefer to choose a replacement then you’ll be asked to send the item back to us and you’ll be responsible for the freight cost of the replacement item. We are unable to offer refunds for customers that have ‘changed their minds’.

PAYMENT

Do the prices on your website include GST?

Yes, all product prices on this site are GST inclusive.

How can I make payment?

You can pay with PayPal or over the phone with a credit card. We also accept a bank transfer. Please note that payment with American Express incurs a surcharge of 1.65%.
